By creating an account or using VYNL, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.

You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Artists who create and sell content on VYNL retain ownership of their original work. By uploading content, you grant VYNL a non-exclusive license to display, distribute, and promote your content on the platform.

Artists are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content they upload, including music, artwork, and any other materials.

VYNL retains a platform fee on all transactions. Current fee structures are available in your artist dashboard.

Purchases made through VYNL grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access the content. You may not redistribute, resell, or commercially exploit purchased content.

Membership subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refund policies vary by artist and are displayed at the time of purchase.

You agree not to:

• Upload content that infringes on intellectual property rights
• Engage in fraudulent activities or misrepresent your identity
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or access restrictions
• Use the platform for any illegal purposes
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine to be harmful to the platform or other users.

You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the platform will cease immediately.

VYNL is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be error-free.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, VYNL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
